Another Wirecard court day in Munich. Today, two accounting related former employees were questioned.

The morning started with a questioning of witness N., former Senior Advisor Accounting & Quality. She stated among other that she had never seen the bookkeeping and accountings for the many TPA Wirecard businesses.
When confronted by Bellenhaus with a memo that reminded of a short version of the infamous "TPA Reality Check", assembled by former Wirecard employee A. Goerres and instrumentalised by public prosecutors and scandalous insolvency administrator, witness N. turned the tables.
While fixing Wirecard's Oliver Bellenhaus eyes in the defendent stand, witness N. stated loud, clear and confident into the microphone, quote, "actually, I would have a few questions for YOU (!) regarding this memo" that was put on the court monitor.
Wirecard witness N., who was speaking freely, openly and hinting towards being a competent accounting professional without a lawyer representing or advising her here at court, was immediately blocked by the presiding judge, who told her that this "would not be possible".
After lunch, a personal assistant of Wirecard's finance director von Erffa and Holten was questioned. She stated there was nothing really "unusual" in the behaviour of both, aside from a overloaded office desk of von Erffa, maybe.
So far, no further information or court statements were issued today regarding Dr. Braun's defence's pending applications for an immediate confiscation of 100s of million in TPA income found overseas, and for an immediate release from custody of the former Wirecard CEO.
