And it's cold outside, up above the Wirecard courtroom again today. Ex-prosecutor Heinen is currently being questioned and Jake Powell from the USA is expected via video from 2 pm.

Former Wirecard prosecutor Heinen will be questioned all morning about the details of the questioning of Oliver Bellenhaus on the 15th. July 2020 and August 10, 2020, resulting in a number of "schizophrenic" statements.
Starting at 2pm, Jocob Powells, COO at CCBill, was interviewed via video from Phoenix, AZ about many details about their cooperation with #Wirecard.
Powers stated that he knew the competing company 2000Charge, stated that it was active as a partner of CCBill in adult entertainment for the European SEPA area, Jacob Powers was a good friend of the managing directors of 2000Charge.
Powers was later asked whether he would have noticed if third party partners had been involved in the processing of his customers, to which he replied in the affirmative.
However, he denied this in a follow-up question if it concerned SEPA customers, which were processed with 2000Charge.
When he was asked whether a general Internet porn-only(!) eCommerce volume of €2.3 billion in 2022 and €4.5 billion in 2022 was correct, he said that this was not impossible, but that he allegedly did not have "validated" data on this.
Powers said he first heard about Al Alam in the context of the Wirecard problems of 2020, he was questioned in a - literally - nasty "setup" by Financial Times journalists who wrote a report that CCBill and Jacob Powers successfully challenged.
Powers was acquainted with Arajawan, knew the people at WebInc.He did not know Mindgeek's sales, nor did he know the CCBill - these are "intellectual properties" that are not published by CCBill LLC and him, not even in court here.
Asked about the brutal murder of Daphne Galizia, who was investigating porn payoffs also involving CCBill, Powers said that he was a longtime friend of Adrian Galli and George Sapiano, the latter of whom "took advantage" of his position as CCBill's lawyer in Malta and "turned out to be a pornographer," Powers said.
In Malta, it was announced just today that ex-police officer Ray Aquilina, Yorgen Fenech and a notary had been convicted in the murder of Daphne Galizia.

The presiding #Wirecard judge Födisch was already visibly uncomfortable with the first questions about Malta and Daphne Galizia, after the 3rd question regarding 1.4 billion of the CCBill at Barcleys Bank, the judge interrupts briskly with: "We don't want to discuss newspaper articles here, what's this about ?"
Jacob Powers went on to say that he was mostly in contact with Markus Fuchs at #Wirecard, that he had gotten to know Marsalek, that they had "consistent sales" with Wirecard, especially in the last 5 years, that they quickly found a replacement for Wirecard after mid-2020, whose name he did not want to disclose because of "intellectual property".
Witness: No.
