Today in the Wirecard court: Oliver Bellenhaus reads out his answers to the list of questions submitted a year ago.

The questions are thrown onto the Wirecard court projector, Bellenhaus' answers are read out too quickly to take notes.
Richter has just announced twice that he "knows nothing of any bias" after Braun's lawyer Dierlamm informed him that two Wirecard substitute judges had apparently been removed.
At the beginning of the Wirecard hearing, it was asked whether the questions should be thrown onto the projector at all, the judge said that this would be difficult with the light and the technology, whereupon the responsible official said that this "would now work after all".
Braun's lawyer Dierlamm announced that a motion for recusal against two substitute judges had been submitted to the district court's mailbox at exactly 9:11 a.m. today, following a scandal involving them last week.
The Wirecard judge has not yet received this, but has announced that the proceedings may therefore have to be suspended next week at least.
The Wirecard motion for recusal filed today at 9:11 (!) by Braun's lawyer W. apparently concerns the supplementary judges who, for example, have to rule on motions for recusal against judges in proceedings.
The Wirecard answers by Oliver Bellenhau are impossible to write down, are read out quite quickly, you have a few seconds to read the questions beforehand.
Very complex answers, lots of screenshots and supporting documents.
There are many intelligently packaged OB eruditions. The topic of pittoria is almost completely denied by OB.
One example of this is a statement by Bellenhaus, which he himself threw onto the projector. It read as his answer to a question to him: "I do not know Pittodrie Finance."
Two realities continue to clash in the Wirecard Munich court.
Bellenhaus has almost always tried today to declare dubious Wirecard payment flows that pointed to him and in which he is said to have enriched himself with others as "round-tripping" for which others were responsible.
