Wirecard's Senjo Group was once E-Credit+ from Singapore. In 2007, Marsalek was a listed officer of E-Credit's subsidiary in UK. At the end of 2009, Wirecard purchased E-Credit+ for 12.8 million, renamed it to Wirecard Asia Pte. Ltd.

In 2014, Wirecard Asia Pte. Ltd. was sold to Senjo Group's two directors Christopher Eddie and Yoshio Tomiie for 100k.

In 2017, the company that held Tomiie's stake in Senjo Group was sold to Surajpal Singh, a "real estate investor from Singapore" and to Richard Willet, "a horse breeder and wealthy retired Canadian entrepreneur" who lives in Montana. He is close to Henry O'Sullivan.
