And, yes, of course there is a connection between
PaySafe Group,
Pav Gill's Wirecard previous employer GoBear,
Galanis' XBIZ porn payment provider
and 🇨🇠Monterosa Group.

Lo and behold, Monterosa Group was an early investor into GoBear. The stake was sold in 2019 to Zurich Insurance Group.

Monterosa Group allegedly - I need to verify this of course first - also acquired online payment service provider Skrill in 2011. It was sold in 2015 to PaySafe Group for allegedly 1.1 billion Euros.

Galanis' XBIZ was also in the hands of Monterosa Group, allegedly for 2 years.

XBIZ was sold by Monterosa Group in December 2021 to none other than Mindgeek, which is the parent 'adult entertainment' company of infamous Pornhub where Hunter Biden allegedly maintained his own sub website many wild years ago.

Monterosa Group's 2016 investment into GoBear is pretty much confirmed. As usual with mostly all acquisitions of Monterosa, the various press articles about this have been deleted from the internet.
Monterosa Group so far would not want to confirm involvements like these after contacting them.

When GoBear was acquired by Zurich Insurance in 2019 & Monterosa Group sold its stake along, then CEO of Zurich Insurance Asia Pacific Giovanni Giuliani stated:
"We are excited to welcome GoBear to the Zurich family".
Guiliani was/is a Senior Advisor and partner of Monterosa Group's subsidiary 'Monterosa Services AG' since 2016.
