News from recent Wirecard court proceedings in Munich are that is increasingly clear local scandalous public prosecutors had relied on a so-called "TPA Reality Check" document to distribute a probably intentionally false narrative for years of not-existent TPA business.

That document was drafted in 2020 by former Bavarian Wirecard employee A. Goerres, who was told to assemble an overview over Wirecard's allegedly non-existent third party business activities by police investigators and prosecutors, all from Munich.
The "TPA Reality Check" document lists a number of lies and false claims, all were taken by Bavarian state investigators and prosecutors to justify the indictment claim that there was no TPA business and hence an imprisonment of former Wirecard CEO Dr. Markus Braun.
Since former Wirecard CEO Dr. Braun's imprisonment from 3 years ago, his defence has clearly and multiple times proven that there is over 900 million of TPA money in accounts overseas, distributed there by the use of 2 companies from Switzerland and 1 from Hong Kong.
Germany's and Munich's mainstream media landscape is entirely silent on this issue, so is the insolvency administrator who scandalously refuses to confiscate the money.
Silent are also Munich's scandalous local public prosecutors, who remain quiet and continue to sabotage most of the defence''s Wirecard applications and requests regarding this.
