Some people asked me about my summary of the current standings of the Wirecard criminal trial, before it recesses into the summer break this week. Here it is:

My summary from last year is still largely valid and nothing has changed much. The public prosecutors along with most of the many judges in Munich are vicious not only in my view and engage in the 3-years-long known tactics to prevent the public at all and any cost from getting familiar with the meanwhile proven fact that Wirecard's TPA business largely did exist and was not, quote Munich prosecutors, "a 100% fabricated invention", as they laughably claim since mid 2020 - and with the support of mainstream journalists from the Bavarian Propaganda Broadcasting Service Arne Meyer-Füffiger and Munich's SZ Stefan Radomsky, who channel in a constant stream of bs and rejection of reality one media-harassment-lawsuit-protection-scheme, potentially into the billions, after another. Kind of the after-Covid-media-legislative panic on a smaller, yet much more realistic scale.


That 340 million euros were already confirmed to having been channeled out of Wirecard's bank holding long before its scandalous insolvency in mid 2020 - via Switzerland and into accounts of Pittodrie Finance : a nothing burger for the echo chambered judge and Bavaria's court media machine. That more than 2 billion euros were found in the prosecutor's first time ever unveiled electronic transaction records - submitted to the defense some 2 weeks before the court proceeding start in December 2022 : these 2 billions came from somewhere else than Bavarialand and must not be Wirecard-related, they mumble again and again. That over 1 billion euros in TPA revenue was held in one of Wirecard's partner firm Centurion accounts : sorry, that slipped underneath our Munich radar. That a money-laundering report against Dubai managing director Oliver Bellenhaus' own non-profit organization in Liechtenstein was submitted the exact same day to the very same prosecutors who elected their very own Bavarian 'crown witness' Bellenhaus : in Munich we do whatever stuntshow we want. That another so-called "Capital Investor's Protection" class action lawsuit conducted by Munich's courts ping-pongs more than 3 years over whether the legal frame of that lawsuit is permitted in Über-Bavaria; this in order to brutally reach the expiration date for further, future claims : nothing to see here. That an economic expert professor seriously confirms in the exact same court room where the White Rose Nazi resistance founders Hans and Sophie Scholl were sentenced to death 80 years before that many of Wirecard's 50 global subsidiaries were partly highly profitable into many hundreds of millions of euros : so what ?

Pointing at the steep and very deep ocean-abyssal-zone-like-discrepancies and rejections of reality within the many gigantic Munich prosecutorial defects, plus the many judge-chambered court rejections of literally all and any motion for evidence or application over the past 3 years submitted by the defence of former Wirecard CEO Dr. Markus Braun - who even more scandalously stays imprisoned for 5 years now without any Bavarian court verdict whatsoever - makes one extremely suspicious of being an active agent of Moscow and Russia within the secret but forcefully whispering, eratically liberal society in Munich, of course. Since Wirecard's fugitive former COO Jan Marsalek allegedly escaped there.

A pretty wise choice, one is inclined to state after attending more than 40 plus criminal court proceedings in Munich, observing again and again the justice madness in these court rooms - fully embraced and applauded without much hesitation by all major local, and even some national mass media outlets. The modern Bavarian black and white world was crafted from the get go after 1945 to protect its own Über-Bayern clans receiving a free pass - kind of like former Nazi mass murderers Barbie, Eichmann or Mengele were given free passage from Bavaria to South America around 1950.

The reasons for the blatantly stubborn, un-surfacing rejection of reality in the larger public mindset lie elsewhere: Munich is full of self-centered psychopaths and unimaginable assholes left and right, it never stopped being the city of The Movement  from some 100 years ago. It is widely run by silent submarine-styled wolf clubs of minimum 8+ generations Bavarians, who desire one thing: money for themselves to celebrate, worship, maintain and most importantly protect the - only in their sick mind - superiority of Bavarian genetic DNA. Ein Prosit !

Even Germans from elsewhere than Superbavarialand are labeled "Prussians" upon border-crossing, placed into the inferiority box in the blink of an eye and until eternity check-boxed without consequences what so ever as stupid, idiotic, insane, polarizing, or other borderline-narcissist inspired maniac-istries. Failure to acknowledge and subordinate to the silent Bavarian Mantra makes one subculture, rejecting to participate in their anachronist-insane protection schemes defines one as terrorist per se.

But worst of all is if one decides to restrain from aiming high-taxes paying work assignments to finance their mental SS headquarters - which, yes, still stand at many street blocks in the form of Bavarian feminist controlled state government organization with global connection to far away place like Brasil and Quebec. They even have their own Quebecian-Bavarian trade enhancement headquarters in another classicist-styled and post-1945 renovated mansion bureau with innocent Catholic shaped angels with fruit resembles crafted onto the facade.

No, not paying Bavarian taxes, or worse, telling or writing about reality and aiming at truth finding instead while refusing to finance the sick and rotten Bavarian officials mafia-styled DNA superiority, celebrated at weekend cocaine parties behind very closed doors to which a taxi - equipped with white powder by their own Munich police force - quietly yet knowingly delivers like Foodpanda hands over Pho or Pizza Quattro Stagioni, makes you being stripped from your rights to exist altogether and transported to post-1945 neo-expressionist mental versions of Auschwitz. That "idea" was never abandoned, nor destroyed, nor dismantled, and even less so healed in Munich, Bavaria.

Unless something and someone finally destroys all this, that rich-hidden Munich, Bavaria will continue to remain the place of unbelievable evil until eternity.
